Rubber compound division
Tecnorulli Rubber Compound Division has been successfully trading special rubber compounds worldwide. These compounds have been tailored and manufactured especially to meet the needs of those industries who cover printing and industrial rollers.
Starting from the best quality of raw materials on the international market, Tecnorulli compounds and coverings are entirely produced in our factory. A sophisticated mixing system has been carried out in the new compound centre thanks to the collaboration with the Japanese “Kobe Steel” Research & Development Division. The chemical-physical laboratory is, without doubt, the brain of our company.
Here our technicians meet every special requirements of the market, designing innovative and reliable compounds thanks to close cooperation with reseach & development laboratories of HANNECARD and MITEX companies.
Every day numerous new products are tested to guarantee avant-garde coverings to customers.
Today, thanks to the constant collaboration of machine manufacturers and the most qualified printers, our firm produces more than 500 different compounds.
Compounds of various thickness, hardness and colours are available in slabs, strips or calendered rolls, already filtered.
