Tecnorulli Rubber Compound Division has been successfully trading special rubber compounds worldwide. These compounds have been tailored and manufactured especially to meet the needs of those industries who cover printing and industrial rollers.
Starting from the best quality of raw materials on the international market, Tecnorulli compounds and coverings are entirely produced in our factory. A sophisticated mixing system has been carried out in the new compound centre thanks to the collaboration with the Japanese “Kobe Steel” Research & Development Division. The chemical-physical laboratory is, without doubt, the brain of our company.

SNE C35-90 SHA
Good mechanical and elastic characteristics, fair resistance to oils and good resistance to aging. Heat resistance up to 120 ° C.
HYPTEC Y60 - 95 SHA
Highly chemically stable coatings: ozone, atmospheric agents, bases, acids, even strong oxidants. Thermal resistance up to 130 ° C, with peaks up to 150 ° C. Good resistance to animal and vegetable fats, fair resistance to mineral oil
EBANITE E70 - 90 ShD
Rigid material with great chemical inertia towards solvents, acids and bases in general. Used as a corrosion-resistant coating in aggressive baths of various kinds
TPM T20 - 90 SHA
Highly chemically stable coatings: ozone, atmospheric agents, even strong acids and bases, polar solvents. Thermal resistance up to 130 ° C.
Not oil resistant. Also antistatic versions
Coatings suitable for all types of UV painting and printing (on paper, plastic, metal) both from sheet and coil.
TECNOLAST V38 - 46
Series designed for the printing sectors where UV inks or varnishes are used.
Highly chemically stable coatings: ozone, atmospheric agents, acids and bases, polar solvents.
Good elasticity. Not oil resistant.
IPAR I20 - 55 SHA
Compounds used for dampening in offset printing with. Excellent resistance to mineral oils, emulsion fatty inks, alcohol and additives for the preparation of dampening solutions
SAK S-M-W20 - 50 SHA
Compounds used for inking, distributor and dampening rollers in offset conventional printing, type M is also suitable for mixed fat / UV use, type W is for web machines. Excellent resistance to mineral oils, greases in general and apolar based solvents. Good general mechanical characteristics.
SAK S40 - 95 SHA
Excellent resistance to mineral oils, greases in general and apolar based solvents. Good general mechanical characteristics. Versions with excellent elastic return. Versions for food applications.
SAK SH60 - 95 SHA
Excellent temperature resistance (up to peaks of 180 ° C). Excellent resistance to mineral oils, fats and paraffins. Excellent mechanical properties. Good cut and wear resistance.
SAK SX60 – 90 ShA
Superior mechanical properties. High wear resistance, close to that of polyurethane. Excellent resistance to mineral oils and fats. Series suitable for very demanding applications (wood and steel industry)
VITON VT60 - 80 SHA
Excellent temperature resistance (up to peaks of 200 ° C). Excellent resistance to mineral and aromatics oils, fats and paraffins. Excellent mechanical properties. Good cut and wear resistance.
PARATEC P32 - 80 SHA
Excellent mechanical strength, good tear strength, high fatigue strength up to 80 ° C. Excellent resistance to permanent deformation. Not resistant to oils.

ELASTEC N40 - 85 SHA
Excellent mechanical resistance to abrasion, fatigue even with high operating pressures. Antistatic versions and for food applications. Non oil resistant.
SINTEC Z40 - 90 SHA

SILICONE O40 - 90 SHA
Anti-adhesive, excellent heat resistance up to peaks of 250 ° C. Excellent resistance to ozone and atmospheric agents. To acids and bases in general.
