WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Tecnorulli subjects all its products to rigorous inspection and testing procedures to ensure their suitability for the intended use for which they were designed. The product sold is guaranteed to be free from defects and compliant with the declared technical specifications. The duration of the Warranty is:

12 MONTHS from the date of delivery
(as stated on the delivery note)

 

  • Defect notification procedures and timing: any defects or faults must be reported in writing to Tecnorulli within and no later than 10 days from their discovery; otherwise, the Warranty shall be forfeited.
  • Prohibition of unauthorized interventions: the Warranty shall be void if the product has been tampered with, repaired, or modified without prior written authorization from Tecnorulli.
  • Preliminary technical inspection: recognition of the Warranty is subject to a technical inspection by Tecnorulli aimed at determining the cause of the defect or malfunction.

The Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused during transport or handling with unsuitable equipment;
  • Damage due to incorrect installation and/or adjustment;
  • Damage caused by improper conditions of use and/or storage;
  • Damage or malfunctions caused by lack of maintenance or use of products incompatible with our materials;
  • Phenomena attributable to normal wear and tear resulting from use.
  • The Warranty exclusively covers the value of the material supplied by Tecnorulli. Under no circumstances shall other charges be recognized, including – by way of example and not limitation – direct or indirect loss of profit, machine downtime, assembly and disassembly costs, travel expenses, or similar costs.
  • The Warranty does not apply to grinding-only operations on cylinders, nor to restoration, modification, or machining of metal and/or mechanical parts.
  • In the event of a dispute and ascertained liability of Tecnorulli, the Warranty shall be limited exclusively to the restoration of the original coating or, at Tecnorulli’s discretion, replacement with a new product/rubber covering.
  • The Warranty shall be invalid if the damage is caused by inadequate packaging supplied by the Customer, who has refused the purchase of new packaging offered for sale by Tecnorulli.
  • The Warranty shall be invalid if the damage is caused by bearings supplied by the Customer, who has refused their replacement with new bearings.
  • Our Company may carry out coatings not covered by Warranty where the Customer specifically requests the use of compounds, processes, or dimensions not approved by Tecnorulli technicians, in an attempt to resolve issues that fall outside our technical expertise. In such cases, the Customer will be informed in advance of the non-applicability of the Warranty.
  • In the event that rollers subject to dispute are sent to Tecnorulli, for the Warranty to be valid it is essential to enclose the testing certificate affixed to the primary packaging of each roller.
  • Tecnorulli does not recognize any warranties other than those expressly stated in this document. No representative, employee, collaborator, or reseller is authorized to assume additional obligations or liabilities in the name and on behalf of Tecnorulli. The Warranty does not apply in the event of Customer non-payment.
  • All Tecnorulli products are covered by Civil Liability Insurance provided by a leading insurance company.
  • For any dispute, exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the Court of Bologna.
